I decided to update you all on Jackson's eating progress. Not only has he figured out that some food tastes good, he has decided to be our little scientist. He experiments by putting everything in his mouth. Put a fascination with your mouth with eye hand coordination that is getting better and better and we have a little rascal on our hands. He tries to get into everything within arms reach. I don't know what I'll do when he's crawling and walking. Oh boy. 
Meanwhile, while I'm enjoying a non-mobile little boy, here are some pictures of some of his favorite foods. ;-) (And foods that he wishes he could be eating right now. ...and his favorite food (and the way we got him to start eating solids) is oatmeal! He was getting impatient with mom and dad's feeding speed so he took matters into his own hands, literally. :-)
